Every member of our team has achieved the highest levels of success as either a player, a coach, or an administrator, while always seeking to honor what is best for the TEAM.

We believe that the TEAM includes a whole lot more than just the members who are in a jersey on the playing field. We believe it also includes the entire school, the player’s families, and the community they all represent.

And when the TEAM is honored, transformational outcomes happen as a result.

So How Do We Help?

1) Athletic Leadership Searches

We help schools and communities find the right athletic leader when they have a consequential opening.

2) Hire an Analyst

We help leaders and staffs in the same way the college game has the “Analyst” role, by contracting out one of our Hall-of-Fame level coaches to lend their expertise in an agreed upon manner. This will always be done in an honoring way. The program belongs to the school and the current leadership. Our experts just want to quietly help you and/or your staff become its absolute best.

3) Hire an Executive Coach

Executive Coaching isn’t just for sports coaches and sports staffs. It’s also for the top levels of leadership in K-12 and in the private sector. Steve Jobs famously employed a former football coach to help him in his leadership. We believe members of our team have the same gift, and we want to steward our earned wisdom well.

Proven Results

Last year, members of our team successfully completed over 10 athletic leadership searches, and members of our team were the first to successfully offer and complete the “Analyst” service to two different school districts. Our President has also built out an Executive Coaching client roster that includes college basketball coaches, K-12 Superintendents, and CEOs from the private sector; and our team was put together to serve more executives who are looking for this type of coaching.
